Gehan is qualified civil engineer with a vast array of experience working in a number of countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and Sri Lanka delivering a number of complex projects leading large multidisciplinary teams. His experience includes leading offshore teams to deliver billion-dollar projects such as WestConnex under a Tier 1 environment. His other passion is technology and currently he has a number of offshore teams developing a number of large-scale platforms in the areas of logistics, transport and eCommerce with a specific focus on the Asian market.
At Magnapath, Gehan drives key strategy as well as excellence from Magna teams to deliver in a service/performance driven environment where technology and collaboration become the key factor for performance moving beyond cultural boundaries.
- Shamila Perera Chief Operating Officer
Shamila has a number of years of experience in the areas of marketing, customer relations and human resource. Her experience working in Australia, New Zealand and Asia for a number of Tier 1 operators in leadership roles has given her a very good understanding on how to develop internal systems to bridge between different cultures and working environments. She has a keen interest on developing systems to promote team culture and behaviour to drive efficiency and harmony within a healthy working environment where equal focus is given to individual goals as well team growth by implementing methods that are aligned with the overall strategy.
In a world where almost everything is driven by technology, Shamila believes and prides herself in giving equal emphasis on the human touch.

Heman’s previous experience is in the construction industry where he was delivering complex construction projects for leading Australian contractors. Heman is a qualified civil engineer and his varied experience ranges from managing commercial contracts to the preparation of million-dollar bids for both construction and consulting space. He also has a keen interest in technology where solutions for the optimisation of processes and systems can formulated through technology.
Heman’s main role is to understand client needs and to grow relationships to ensure Magnapath is part of the journey of every client where growth is driven though innovation, technology and collaboration.

Saranga is a highly motivated and results driven professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Business Development, Operations and Fundraising in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Saranga has demonstrated capabilities in innovation, leadership, strategy, business development, process improvement, change management, partnership building and customer engagement. His ability to work effectively in both leadership and operational roles has seen Saranga succeed across numerous industries, such as telecommunications, education, health, property development, retail and hospitality, where he has delivered marketing and communication plans that helped achieve organisational strategic objectives. Further, Saranga has a wealth of experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns incorporating both conventional and digital marketing strategies.

He is a qualified civil engineer and prides himself on building relationships and maintaining an exceptional service to our clients. Mano also has a specialises in the delivery of large infrastructure projects with a view of facilitating clients with a broad range multi-facet service where global resourcing can be utilised to solve the common problem of resourcing in large projects. Mano’s proactiveness and pragmatism is often seen as a breath of fresh air by clients which is further reinforced his passion for honestly helping individuals and businesses.

Niksan has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of areas such as facility management, construction and large national level event/marketing campaigns. His passion for serving communities directly aligns with the offshoring sector where opportunities are facilitated to a large talent pool in regional as well as metropolitan areas. Niksan specialises in mobilising large teams with a quick turnaround with efficient delivery of procurement and infrastructure set up where every aspect is given high attention to detail. In his free time, Niksan engages in CSR activities to engage in his real passion of helping others.

April oversees the Philippine operations which has linkage to one of the biggest and most established offshoring talent pools in the world. As a qualified civil engineer, April has worked in Australia and New Zealand for a number of Tier 1 consultancies and understands the quality and delivery requirements for working in complex multi-disciplinary work environments. She also has a number of years in the construction industry where she has delivered large number of residential and commercial projects under design and construct arrangement. In the outsourcing sector, April is driven by the mere possibility of pushing team members to achieve higher standards through more complex assignments where talent is a given commodity with opportunities to be sourced.

Prabin is a qualified software engineer and is responsible for the Nepal operations. Having been a university lecturer for a number of years, Prabin takes pride in having taught many students in the field of Information Technology who are now successful professionals or entrepreneurs. Prabin specializes in a number of areas such as Machine Learning, Big Data and Mobile Application Development to name a few.
